An initial investigation showed that Washington Post contributing columnist Jamal Khashoggi died in a fistfight in Saudi Arabia’s consulate in Istanbul, a Saudi statement said. The Saudi officials fired included Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman's adviser and a deputy intelligence chief.
